Description

This antibody recognizes human m chains.The specificity of the anti-IgM antibody has been verified in indirect ELISA against human IgM, IgG, IgA and IgD. The antibody can be used for detecting human m heavy chains in ELISA and flow cytometry.

Application Notes

FACS with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 10 μl antibody

FACS with cells: 500,000 cells in 50 μl + 10 μl antibody

This antibody recognizes human μ heavy chains. In flow cytometry, the antibody stains >95% of Ramos cell (λ, μ, δ positive), >95% of Daudi cells (κ, μ, δ positive) and <10% of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The antibody does not react with IgG, IgA or IgD.
