Tubulin-beta Antibody

$245.00
SKU: 251819
Tubulin is a major cytoskeleton protein that has five distinct forms designated alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon tubulin. The alpha and beta tubulins form a heterodimer that polymerize into the cylindrical microtubule fibers. Both alpha and beta tubulin isomer can be modified by addition of a C-terminal tyrosine residue. This modification may influence polymerization rates. The gamma tubulin isomer is localized to centrosomes which compose the heart of the microtubule organizing center from which microtubule fibers emanate.

RhoA Antibody

$350.00
SKU: 251549
Transforming protein RhoA (RhoA) regulates a signal transduction pathway linking plasma membrane receptors to the assembly of focal adhesions and actin stress fibers. RhoA serves as a target for the yopT cysteine peptidase from Yersinia pestis, vector of the plague, and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, which causes gastrointestinal disorders. RhoA is essential for the SPATA13-mediated regulation of cell migration and adhesion assembly and disassembly.

NRas Antibody

$245.00
SKU: 251515
GTPase NRas (NRas) binds GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity. Alternate between an inactive form bound to GDP and an active form bound to GTP. Activated by a guanine nucleotide-exchange factor (GEF) and inactivated by a GTPase-activating protein (GAP). Defects in NRAS are a cause of juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML). JMML is a pediatric myelodysplastic syndrome that constitutes approximately 30% of childhood cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and 2% of leukemia.

ARF6 Antibody

$280.00
SKU: 251514
ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) is a GTP-binding protein involved in protein trafficking. ARF6 regulates endocytic recycling and cytoskeleton remodeling, and modulates vesicle budding and uncoating within the Golgi apparatus. ARF6 functions as an allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase.Arf6 is involved in the regulation of dendritic spine development.

HRas Antibody

$245.00
SKU: 251442
GTPase HRas (HRas) binds GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity. HRas alternates between an inactive form bound to GDP and an active form bound to GTP. HRas is activated by a guanine nucleotide-exchange factor (GEF) and inactivated by a GTPase-activating protein (GAP). Defects in HRAS are the cause of Costello syndrome (COSTS), also known as faciocutaneoskeletal syndrome.

KRas Antibody

$245.00
SKU: 251405
KRas (K-Ras 2, Ki-Ras, c-K-ras, cKi-ras) binds GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity. Defects in KRas are a cause of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), a malignant disease in which hematopoietic precursors are arrested in an early stage of development. Defects in KRAS are also a cause of juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML), Noonan syndrome type 3 (NS3), and cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC syndrome).
