Description
The hepatitis B virus (HBV) core protein is detected in the nucleus and the cytoplasm of HBV-infected hepatocytes. HBV Core Protein [128-140] Peptide has been shown to be a MHC class II pan T helper peptide that is capable of activation of T helper cells. This sequence has often been used as one of the vaccine formulation in developing immune therapy strategies.
